10.000 hour warranty for W-Lock

Sensationel warranty for quick coupler

In 2004 Wimmer added a further quick coupling system to its well established A-Lock system. This new system – called W-Lock – was first only thought for the compact excavator class up to about twenty tons. It offers a feature, which is primarily needed in this range: the possibility to attach buckets turned around 180°.

In the meantime the W-Lock system is in use with excavators up to 120 tons. And now a new highlight is presented: The couplers, which were delivered in 2004 are in an excellent condition until today. Therefore Wimmer has decided to offer a special wear warranty to the buyers of the W-Lock system. This warranty is lasting for 10.000 working hours or five years. It is the first time that such a long warranty can be given for a hydraulic quick coupler.
