Real-time drilling data analysis
The acquisition and analysis of data also plays an increasingly important role in drilling technology. All relevant data per borehole and over the entire drilling time can be recorded via the Wimmer Cockpit when drilling with our add-on drilling rigs and also in-line drilling rigs.
The measured drilling data is stored on a server via GSM transmission and can be accessed on the go at any time. Drilling logs can be created on a daily, monthly or overall basis.
The following parameters are measured:
- feed rate
- feed pressure
- injection pressure
- rotary printing
- rotation speed
- depth
- Tilt
- START-STOP manual at
- completion of a well
- location display
