Backhoe bucket
No matter if backhoe bucket, tilt bucket or tunnel bucket, Wimmer is your contact for robust excavator buckets in all sizes and designs. The bucket body is always made of highly wear-resistant Hardox® steel, suitable for all common quick coupler systems or fixed bolted. The bucket shape in combination with the Esco tooth system enables optimal penetration behavior and good loading performance no matter what the application.

Milling
The mounted cutters are used, among other things, for rock removal, demolition, underground mining, trench excavation. The milling machines are extremely robust and low-maintenance due to solid drive shaft bearings and a special sealing system, also suitable for underwater use. A narrow gear web also allows small trench widths even at greater depths.
Quick Coupler Systems
Already in 1985, under company founder Alois Wimmer, the first hydraulic quick coupler system A-Lock was introduced to the market. Today, the Wimmer product range offers an extensive selection of mechanical and fully automatic quick coupler systems with integrated hydraulic coupling function for excavators. We supply suitable quick couplers for every application - for small excavators and large construction machines up to 145 tons.
Grapple
We offer a wide range of different grabs for excavators with service weight from 8 up to 90 tons. All models are particularly robust and made of special wear-resistant steel. All grab models are equipped with an integrated holding device - thus the load is held for up to 20 minutes even when the engine is switched off. In addition, the basic bodies of the grabs are also suitable for mounting other shell shapes.
Demolition Tongs
Our versatile demolition tongs with different, exchangeable jaw options are used in primary demolition and subsequent crushing of concrete and steel structures as well as in recycling of scrap metal. All special tongs are made of special wear steel and convince by high crushing force and high reliability. Due to the integrated rotator, our demolition tongs can also be rotated 360 degrees and allow exact positioning when working.

Attachable drilling rigs
Wimmer drill rigs are robust high-performance attachments with precise machine technology. The drilling rigs are designed for various construction projects and any type of hydraulic excavator and are equally used in special civil engineering, tunnel construction, quarries and slope work.
Parallel Drilling Rigs
The better it is possible to produce parallel drill holes in natural stone quarrying, the less valuable raw material is lost. The basis for this is the 'yoke', which is placed exactly on the rock. One or more profiles with drill hammers are mounted on it. This ensures that all the holes drilled in one operation have exactly the same orientation. All line drilling rigs are equipped with a PLC control system. Drilling depth and hole spacing are programmed in, and the drilling of a boulder is thus controlled fully automatically.
Tunnel excavator
The Wimmer tunnel excavator series consisting of Blue Badger, eBadger and miniBadger has been specially designed for smaller tunnel cross sections. For all applications for which the Blue Badger is too small, there will be another tunnel boring machine in the future: the yellowFOX. The yellowFOX will be usable for working heights from 4.2 m. The Badger series is ideal for tunnel cross-sections from 3.5 m tunnel cross-section.

Wimmer hydraulic breakers are designed for all types of carriers between 1 and 100 tons. The automatic anti-idling device significantly increases the service life of the wearing parts. The automatic pressure regulator also ensures constant performance by being independent of the oil flow. The percussion mechanism of Wimmer hydraulic breakers is floating in a solidly damped and sound- and vibration-insulated housing. This protects the excavator boom and hammer housing from cracks and guarantees a low noise level.

Fangs
The ripper tooth is used to loosen the hardest rock layers such as limestone, clay slate or granite. The entire force of the excavator is concentrated on the tip of the ripper tooth. Due to the deep blade, high penetration capacity into any subsoil is guaranteed. The Wimmer ripper teeth are equipped with Esco ripper teeth as standard.
