Learning Where Practice Takes Shape
With approximately 100 m² of space, our training workshop offers the ideal conditions for hands-on, comprehensive training. Equipped with two lathes, a radial drill press, a pillar drill press, numerous measuring instruments, and a spacious workbench island, our apprentices can develop their craftsmanship from the ground up.
Under the expert guidance of our apprentice trainers, they learn and practice important machining and craftsmanship skills such as drilling, turning, filing, marking out, center punching, and deburring—and much more.
This is how we lay the foundation for technical understanding, precision in work, and a successful professional future.
We can teach our apprentices a lot. But the reverse is also true—we learn from them every day. It's very enriching.

Mechatronics reflects the technical development in the field of mechanics, electronics as well as computer science. The combination of these technical disciplines, which includes the manufacture, assembly and maintenance of automation systems and robotic stations, requires an apprenticeship that provides in-depth knowledge in these areas, both theoretically and practically. Mechatronics engineers build systems and devices that function both mechanically and electronically.

Our construction equipment technicians are responsible for ensuring that our attachments function smoothly around the world. They assemble, repair and find faults in our products, but are also involved in advisory and training activities. State-of-the-art measuring and testing equipment is used for fault diagnosis. In some cases, they also work in production. Training as a construction machinery technician includes the development, manufacture, maintenance and sale of construction machinery.
